Service Description
Foundation Pistol + Oregon & Utah CHL Certification Cost: $175 (includes Oregon CHL certificate) Optional Add-On: $50 for Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (includes photo and fingerprinting in class) This foundational course is designed to introduce new shooters to the safe operation of a semiautomatic handgun. No prior experience is required. In this course, we’ll cover: • Firearm safety and safe handling • Operation of a semiautomatic handgun • Holster and belt setup • Concealed carry positions for women (on-body and off-body) • Gear recommendations and range prep • How to grip a pistol, lock the slide, and choose the right firearm for your hand size • Sight alignment, sight picture, and using your workspace • Situational awareness and real-world scenario discussions • Hands-on training with training guns in the classroom This course meets the requirements for the Oregon CHL and offers an optional Utah add-on, making it a valuable investment for students seeking multi-state concealed carry options

No refunds are issued for no shows or student cancellations. The option would be to use course credit to attend a future course date instead.
