Starting Pistol -Meraviglioso

Service Description

This class is prerequisite for anyone new to pistols. Location is at the Meraviglioso Vineyard in Newberg, OR. This is a 3 hour classroom course for beginners that prepares you for the live fire range by going over the basics of safe gun handling, operation of a semiautomatic handgun, gear overview on holsters, belts and what's needed for the live fire courses, how to unload and know the status of your pistol, work space, how to choose a pistol for your hand size, situational awareness + concealed carry options, correctly picking up a pistol as well as how to pass off safely to another person. Typically, students bring an empty pistol in a case if they have one, this is great because other students get to experience different sizes or styles of handgun. Bring: Can bring note taking materials, also an empty pistol in a case if you have one.

Cancelation Policy

No refunds are issued for no shows or student cancellations. The option would be to use course credit to attend a future course date instead.
