Rifle Fundamentals A beginner-friendly rifle course designed by a woman, with women in mind. Step into your power with a foundational rifle class focused on safety, confidence, and plenty of reps. Whether you’ve never touched a rifle before or you’re looking to solidify the basics, this course gives you the tools, mindset, and muscle memory to handle a rifle with precision and control. What You’ll Learn: • Safe handling, loading, and unloading procedures • Parts and function of the AR-15 platform • Fundamentals of stance, grip, and trigger control • Introduction to optics and sighting systems • How to zero your rifle and establish your point of impact • Practical drills for confidence and skill-building • Gear and setup recommendations tailored to your body and goals What You’ll Experience: • A safe, supportive, and empowering environment • Hands-on instruction from an experienced female firearms instructor • Space to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow • Tactical training blended with mindset and emotional safety • A clear path forward for your rifle training, whether personal or defensive This class is the perfect first step for women ready to move beyond the unknown and into their power with confidence and clarity.
